Texture
Had to stop off at Michael's (a local craft store) to purchase more Origami paper for the Origami class I'm teaching on Fridays this quarter. (Seems like all I do is shop lately, but that is not the norm for me!) Saw these decorative balls covered in dried seed pods and liked the mix of textures.

LOL..I'm laughing because I saw this as a thumbnail picture on my blog and I thought to myself that looks yummy, I wonder what it is...so reading your description I'm thinking it's not so yummy! LOL Great picture!!

Very nice texture! Makes me think of fall/Thanksgiving decoration with the hues and natural elements. But yeah, probably would not want to bite into one. :)
